Grok initially offered free image and video generation, but they’ve stopped that now. Instead, they’re offering a 3-day free trial that requires your card details. After the 3-day trial ends, the subscription will automatically activate and the payment will be charged.
The image generation is very fast. It creates 4 images in about 10 seconds and you can choose the one you like best and animate it easily.
If you use the SuperGrok plan, you can generate up to 10 videos per day. You can also extend videos up to 30 seconds, regenerate them if needed and choose between 6-second and 10-second video lengths. It supports 480p and 720p quality and most videos are generated in under a minute.
